I had an issue this morning where one of
our websites was down, so of course I called you folks
and I spoke with the first person to answer my call. I
didn’t know what the heck to do, but he took the reins
and contacted Register.com for me and found out that the
domain name had just expired, and he got the proper
contact number to call and renew, which I did
immediately.
You made it easy for me to take care of this issue
without a single hitch even though it had nothing to do
with the services you are providing. I just wanted to
say thank you to your team.
