The first time you as a potential customer are greeted by someone here at Automatit, we are gathering information about your needs and expectations. We believe this is very important because in order to deliver your desired result, we must understand clearly your expectations.

We always take the time to meet with you either in person or over the phone to discuss the expected outcome of your project, several times usually. Once you are comfortable with our ability to provide you the services you require, we then work on creating a customized proposal just for your project.

In order to create a proposal to meet your expectations we consider:

Purpose – What is the purpose of the site? Do you want to provide information, promote a service or sell a product?

Goals – What do you hope to accomplish by building this web site?

Target Audience – Is there a specific group of people that will help you reach your goals? It is helpful to picture the "ideal" person you want to visit your web site.

Content – What kind of information will the target audience be looking for on your site? Are they looking for specific information, a particular product or service or to service themselves as an existing customer?

Using the information gathered so far, we put together a plan for your web site. Here we develop a site map - a list of all main topics, as well as sub-topics (if applicable). This gives us a guide as to what content will be displayed in certain areas within the site, and is essential to developing a consistent, easy to understand navigational system.
