Here at Automatit, customer service has always been our priority. This is why we are making sure that we have the best systems in place to handle customer support. Because of this we are in the process of developing an online customer support center which will be a central location where all of our customers can log in with a user name and password and submit any service request including email & website updates or issues and have it tracked from start to finish using a support ticketing system. This support account will also be the central location where our customers can easily access email, stats, website admin tool and other services activated on their account. In the future we will also offer the ability for our customers to view their bills and pay their bills through the support center. And of course if you still would rather call us, we would love to hear from you as always. We are currently beta-testing our support center. April 1, 2007 Automatit partners with Online Self Storage the nations leader in online & phone reservations for self storage facilities. Automatit will be providing web solutions for their call center customers and integrating websites into their online reservations system.
